Dr. Mazza is the most gentle chiropractor I've been to. He has helped me tremendously. He explained my x-rays to me and I saw exactly where I needed help. I felt wonderful after he made a simple adjustment of putting my C1 back where it should be. I've had less headaches and less SI joint point on a regular basis. I highly recommend him because he is just wonderful.

My Testimony

I started my journey to recovery in 2013. I pulled my back during work one night and didn't think too much of it. Come to find out a few days later I had a major back spasm at home while squatting down to get a pan from the cupboard. I was immobilized for days, unable to make the slightest move without excruciating pain and sheer agony. My sister and brother in law came over to see me and graciously pay for my initial visit with Dr. Mazza whom helped them with their own back issues. Dr. Mazza was able to help me out of the hole I dug myself in but I would gradually slip backward due to my mindset towards recovery. I would put off my visits by convincing myself the $28 visits were something I just couldn't afford on a regular basis. So I would slip backwards into the hole I created and again Dr. Mazza would adjust my back so I get on my feet again so to speak. I would incur this cycle to repeat itself due to my lack of commitment to recovery. After a few years of this slip and slide course of pain and recovery and hitting rock bottom in all areas of my life from physical and mental well being, to any aim in a career to alcohol addiction and an avid cigarette smoker, I one day just had enough to this self imposed trap. I first quit the drinking because this I new was my first crucial step in any direction of health. Next was going to see Dr. Mazza and asking him what do I need to do to get my health back and I was willing to do, at this point, whatever it takes, no excuses I was finally open to hear his guidance. Money was not an issue to me at this point even though I had little because I told myself that I cant afford not to do it.
Lenny sat down with me and presented a course to take to optimal recovery. I started going once a week, every week, like clock work, and at this time before a session or during I would ask Dr. Mazza things like what exercises could I do at home to help assist what he was doing with my spine. And Dr. Mazza would graciously share his wealth of knowledge and insight that I would put right into practice and after putting one small step in front of the other progress was slowly starting to gain an unstoppable momentum. After some time I would go every other week and be able to sustain the momentum. But the greatest surprise to me was through all these sessions Dr. Mazza and I would discuss a myriad of topics, we would talk about the books we were reading at the time and suggest to each other a book to try, we would talk philosophy and how it can assist your approach to recovery which was essential to gaining the right mindset to "Being in Health" Through the next few years with this daily routine my personal and professional life started to take on dramatic changes. I started my own construction business and saw modest but continuing growth with a very bright future. My wife and I sat down and discussed our goals and in three years went from renting to buying our first home, something that seemed so far out of reach at one time became a dream come true for us once health and living right became our way of life. I say all this because without the help from one man, I wouldn't have been able to begin to reassemble all the puzzle pieces of my life. Thank you from the core of my Being Dr. Mazza for all that you have given, I am able to actualize my potential for health and success in daily reality because of you and I will never forget the second chance you gave me at this thing we call LIFE!

John Fean
