It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
