Cecil has a new office called Total Health which is locationed on Clyde Morris Blvd between LPGA and Hand Ave it is closed to Hand Ave. He Opened the new office last fall with a very nice staff of very friend people. They try to stay very knowledge of the patients and on a first name basics. When you walk in the doctor they greet you with a friendly smile and Hello. There is coffee or water while you wait although most the time you never get to drink the coffee before you are called in. They offer massage Therapy.They send out wellness letters monthly.
