I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Be sure you check your insurance and don't trust the office staff to care about your costs. I was told by the office staff to schedule the massage and the adjustment on the same day. Never did the office staff tell me that my insurance would not cover both claims on one day. Dr. Dwyer and the office staff were aware of this and still let me schedule both sessions on one day. Instead of my insurance covering both costs, I had to pay approximately $80. When I met with Dr. Dwyer in person to discuss the situation, she told me that she had bills to cover and she was sure someone told me because she knew and she had talked to the staff about it the morning of my appointments. They had information that was not shared with me and it cost me money that my insurance would cover. That is bad business. I am going to another chiropractor and they share information with me concerning my insurance. The massage therapist was great and very professional.

On a first visit, I had to sit and watch a propagandistic video about the wonders of chiropractic medicine in the waiting area before I could be seen, which I found insulting. They took pages and pages of information, much of my private info that was not relevant to my care. The office kept calling to schedule more appointments even though I had no intention of going back. I was in a very sensitive condition on arrival at my second visit, but was treated roughly and could have ended up much worse. Not only did they not provide me with pain relief or address the issue, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in--and my original reason for obtaining care there was misdiagnosed and the resulting treatment led to more problems. I will never, ever go back.
