I was unhappy to find out all the treatment plans would NOT BE COVERED by health insurances, everything is out of pocket. In addition I was not able to get information about the cost of any of their treatment plans without having an in-person consultation.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
