The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, especially Sherry and Susie. Dr. Grant was by far one of the best I've ever seen in the field, and I think the fact that the clinic has been around since 1965 tells you something. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They went out of their way to listen to my concerns, and make me feel special and respected. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell they really cared about me as a patient. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.
