I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I was ecstatic after my appointment! I knew that I was going to improve with Allan Schwalm, D.C.'s treatment! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Allan Schwalm, D.C. has given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips! They know how important it is for my recovery! They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
