The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. My adjustments seemed very rough. I was in a lot of pain. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned.
