Dr. Bartness has treated my father for years, so of course I went to him when I had problems. He was very friendly, extrememly helpful and very honest. After five or six treatments he suggested I see a surgeon because he felt he may not be able to help me. In my experience Chiropractors keep you coming back even if they can't help. He tried everything he could including traction and said hun I think you should try physical therapy or surgery. He was amazing willing to see me on short notice even. Or be called at home if I was in serious pain. The women in his office are extra special and helpful as well.
