Loved the chiropractor I saw. Didn't love the office staff. Very difficult time scheduling my follow up appointment. The chiropractor wanted to see me in 2-3 days, and the receptionist said the only appointment the rest of the week was at 10 am. If they want to see you back quickly, they should have more open spots built into their schedule. I got a lecture on its only a 20 minute appointment, but that doesn't matter to me when the office is 30 minutes from my work. I only wanted to come after work, 3:00 or later, so its only 5 minutes from my house. I finally got an appointment for 3:15, but she didn't tell me what day. I didn't know what day it was until I got the email reminder.

The staff are wonderful and ALWAYS so helpful and accommodating to my needs. They are always cheerful and the office runs smoothly.
There are not words to express how great I feel about Paul! I am a complicated case that doctors and pt's had given up on, and I could've been in a wheelchair by now. Instead, I am getting better under his care. If anyone has the magic touch , it's Mr. Paul.
