I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
