For chiropractic services, Dr. Fierro uses a "diversified" approach consisting of a history, examination, diagnostic testing and treatment that may include P.T. and manipulation along with any exercises or other protocols, including referral if necessary..
For nutrition, patients are asked to complete a packet of forms, sent to them 2 weeks prior to the initial consultation. This packet will contain a symptom survey, a 7 day diet diary and other questions about your health that we need to discuss.
The first consultation inviolves a review of your history, including medications, supplements, prior treatrment and so forth. Dr. Fierro may require diagnostic testing from a nutritional perspective. This may be in the form of a complete metabolic analysis, stool, urine, saliva or blood.
A follow up consult is to either review the results of any outside diagnostic testing, or to review the treatment program.
Dr. Fierro prefers to treat with "diet" first, then supplements.
