They kind of exaggerated how much they could do for me. They weren't able to follow through with everything they said they would. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was easy enough to find.
