My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
