I had seen another chiropractor for many years but had been looking for one closer to my home, and Dr. Alexander was highly recommended by more than one person. She is a master at what she does and she has helped me in myriad ways. She really does more than chiropractic adjustments. She's very contactable, a good listener and has a great laugh that sometimes reverberates throughout the office. I feel very lucky to have become a patient of hers before she cut back on her hours las year. The front desk staff are extremely efficient and friendly as well--I always get a reminder call the day before my appointment and only once have I had to wait more than a few minutes if at all after my arrival. Several times in a conversation I've mentioned to someone that I see a wonderful chiropractor and the other person exclaims "Oh so do I, the best!" And it turns out we are both talking about Robin Alexander.

I was in dire need of a new chiropractor, Dr. Robin came highly recommended and she rescheduled her lunch hour to get me in. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
