The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
