I have a hard time getting any of the staff's attention and when I do they don't try to be helpful. The waiting time is acceptable because I know that this provider will take whatever time that is necessary to give full value, if you can get past the office girl who dislikes people. The office girls is so rude she attacks people on the phone, at the office, and then lies to the doctor about the patient. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
