My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The wait time is way to long sometimes i would have to wait for 1 hr.They would not write down the right times for appointments a couple times.they would schedule me for stuff and would not let me know the day or time for them. after telling me they would let me know.the front office staff does not seem to know their job.i wonder if they were just students instead of paid employees.There was so much more that I did not like.I was not at all happy about this place.So I changed and I am extremely happy with my new Dr.

They pretty much coerced me to schedule follow-up appointments. I felt forced into it and extremely uncomfortable. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
