They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
