I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I had a car accident back in January and I decided to get treatment because I was in pain. I made a good choose coming to see Dr. Fluitt at Austin Preferred in there newly opened South Austin location, everyone was really friendly and kind. After my first visit I also realized they offer Physical Therapy here at the same location I saw the Chiropractor . The Physical Therapist on staff took really good care of me as I had never been in a situation like this before and Austin Preferred helped me all the way thru the process. I would recommend Austin Preferred to anyone in the Austin, Texas location recently in a car accident needing both Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in the same location.
