I had observed this physician treating a new employee quite disgusting on three different occasions, as we all know the best marketing is through patient's one serves. Everyone deserves respect regardless, and Dr. Scott was not very respectfull to the new employee, who was only there for a few days, and clearly working hard. As I observed this lady, in which I believe her name is maria, she handled it with dignity, but my heart broke for her, because she tried very hard, and you can tell this lady is a hard working individual. Training in my job is two weeks, not two days. In my opinion she was treated unfairly, and I wish she was back, and definitely apologized to. All positions are a training process, and patience and understanding is always required. She did not deserved to be treated in such a manner, especially in front of patients. I think if Eve, Dr. Scott's wife was present he would not had degraded and disrespected this lady. I am truly sorry she is gone, she was very people oriented. I will let my friends know how hypocritical
Dr. Scott is. Just my opinion, I don't appreciate disrespectful people.

I visited this doctor over a year ago, what a fiasco! Let me start by saying I have been going to chiroprators for over 30 yrs and explained this to him & he STILL forced me to sit through 3- 10 minute videos which were made for those who have never been to a chiropractor before while I sat there with back pain. He then sent me for X-Rays (understandable because there could be a hidden problem) and then put me through this back & neck test to help diagnose my problem(s) (Uh... Doc...It's my BACK, remember?!) I had to come back a THIRD time (STILL no treatments or adjustments) & now he goes into a sales pitch about how I NEED 12 treatments IMMEDIATELY & that I can't stop them once I start. I then told him I'm going on vacation in a week & he says he'll start TODAY... Get That? He JUST TOLD ME, I can't STOP once I START, & then wants to start when I just told him I won't be in NY next week...DUH! Here's the best part- He then wants me to sign a form that says- YOU CANNOT CANCEL ANY APPTS. OR WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM...HUH?!!! I told him outright, "In all my years of going to chiropractors, NONE OF THEM, has EVER required me to sign a contract of this kind!" He hemmed & hawed when I became irate saying, "Oh, it's alright, you can sign it next time." Yeah, RIGHT! No thanks doc! I told him I'm leaving to check if my provider will cover 12 treatments to get out of there. His staff was nice & accomidating, but Dr. Schwager was NOT what I expected. He's probably a decent chiropractor but he came off like a snake oil salesman and he really should not treat future patients so parochial. And remember... watch out for that "no cancelations" form...READ EVERYTHING he puts under your nose!!!
