We are very sorry to inform you that Dr. Calakos has passed away Friday September the 14th, 2012 at 3:30AM. He was laid to rest Monday the 17th. This was all due to his diagnosis and suffering with a rare form of bone cancer, which travelled to his lungs and inevitably led to his passing away.
