Dr. Victor E. Dolan, DC, DACBSP, DAAPM, CCN, EMT, MUA proctor; was born in Staten Island, a part of New York City.

At Wagner College, Dr. Dolan received a Bachelor of Science degree (BS, cum laude). Primary areas of study were psychology, biology, and chemistry.
Upon completing undergraduate college, Dr. Dolan attended Palmer College of Chiropractic (PCC) in Davenport, Iowa.
While at PCC, Dr. Dolan became Vice-President and then President of Pi Kappa Chi (PKX)Chiropractic Fraternity. PKX stressed Chiropractic excellence. Dr. Dolan also served as PKX Alumni president from 1985- 1995.
While at PCC, Dr. Dolan through examination became student director of the PCC Physical Exam center. This scholarship position directed an extern program of students particularly competent at performing physical examinations upon patients.
Ultimately Victor Dolan graduated PCC with honors (cum laude) and returned to his hometown of Staten Island, NYC.
In 1997, Dr. Victor Dolan became the FIRST Chiropractic Chief of Staff in New York State. The Governor of New York, The NYS Senate, NYS Assembly, NYC Council, and Congressman Vito Fossella all recognized the Historic Achievement with Proclamations and Certificates of recognition.
With Chiropractic excellence and community involvement the criteria, Dr. Victor Dolan and five other chiropractors were recognized by 'Prevention' magazine. These six Doctors of Chiropractic from across the nation were all profiled in 'PREVENTION' magazine.
