They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Hackett is literally a miracle-worker when it comes to pain relief. And if you're afraid of being "cracked" or "manipulated" -- good news! Dr. Hackett doesn't do that! He and his wife (who works the front desk) are incredibly nice people who make each stop at this doctor's office a pleasure.
