Awesome Dr and Staff

Dr. Darnell has a good reputation in the community so I was very excited to go see him. I was very disappointed with the staff, the xray tech made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed angry to be there and kept rolling her eyes at people when they turned their back. She'd smile to their face, then frown and eye roll right afterward, even toward the Dr which I thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other staff were ok, but not extremely nice. The office is superb, with great equipment. Dr. Darnell knows his stuff and is friendly enough, but often seemed rushed and irritated to answer questions. I made the decision to seek treatment elsewhere because I never felt welcomed their. They are so busy they seem to forget that customers are who pay their check. I guess you can be that way when you are ran over with customers. Let's hope they don't continue to lose more. I have spoken with three other people who experienced the same thing I did and have left or are seeking other options. Two of those also stated that the xray lady was rude to them as well.
