I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
