I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
