Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.
