I am a 64 year old retired coach and a lifelong athletic participant. I have always dealt with pulls, sprains and tendonitis etc. by stretching and RICE [rest, ice, compression and elevation]. Recently, hip and knee issues have not responded to my treatment strategies. My wife encouraged me to visit her chiropractor, Dr. Lynn Pangburn at Red Mountain Chiro-Med. Glad I did. Dr Lynn has a backgraound in athletic training. She evaluated my condition and explained a strategy for treatment . We work together to keep me in the gym and on the golf course. I am thrilled about the improvement in my condition.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
