The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always returned my phone calls quickly. They've never left me waiting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I have never had the need to complain about anything, but I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Dr. Martell is absolutely great! He is very capable, caring and honest. His adjustments are painless and he takes care of your problem quickly. He takes the time to listen to you. I feel lucky to have been referred to him by another patient of his and highly recommend him.
