The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. My adjustments weren't very painful. I did feel some force but it wasn't that bad. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
