Had an appt today with Dan Young and was told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork which I did. I ended up waiting for him until 3:10 and when he came into the exam room I asked him why he was so late and does he normally run late (if he runs late then I could adjust the time I arrive for appointments). He did not answer either of my questions, all he said was "was this a problem". I told him "yes" and he said well we can cancel the appt now....no sorry for the wait or inconvenience. Based on his response I did cancel the appt and left his office. I was so upset by his response, I ended up contacting the Ill Chiropractor Society in Springfield Il. Never again........
