Dr. Z is Awesome. I had been to a Specialist who had been telling me I was going to need surgery for my neck and lower back. Then I went to Dr. Z telling him that I have been having trouble sleeping the last several weeks due to my lower back and neck pain. I couldn't sit, or lay without extreme discomfort. When I called, N8 Health Center they were able to fit me in immediately! I was welcomed in by friendly staff, and was treated like a human being (unlike the specialist and her staff...). Dr Z explained what was happening inside with my body and answered every question I had. Over the course of my 8-week schedule, the chiropractic adjustments, nutritional advice, and courtesy calls that they provided ensured that my healing process was a well supported one - I did not have to suffer through the embarrassment of therapy or through harsh drug regiments, or even surgery. I was given advice on how to exercise and eat, and told if i needed anything to give them a call.

I noticed a LARGE improvement within 14 days. I would just like to thank Dr. Z and his staff for taking a painful and labored time in my life and transforming it into a healing experience that I will never forget. I would recommend Dr. Z and his staff to everyone!
