I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was.
