Deborah Thorpe, 500 Hour RYT
Deborah offers a flow class ranging from Beginner to Intermediate. All Levels are welcome. Deborahs class will include a mix of many asanas with variations/modifications and/or advanced poses. Her love of yoga is evident in her compassionate approach to teaching. She has completed over 1200 hours in certifications of yoga instruction offering a safe practice due to her knowledge of proper alignment and breath work. Since 2012 Deborah has studied under Jenny Otto, Body Balance Yoga. In May 2015 she graduated with a 500 Hour RYT under Body Balance Yoga School of Yoga Therapy which includes 200 hours as a Therapeutic Yoga teacher. Deborah offers private sessions to guide you through a new way to move! Teaching many techniques from her Therapeutic Teacher Training to assist you and teach you ways to improve the way you move daily! You will leave your mat feeling invigorated, refreshed, renewed, ready to take on any challenges you are faced with. You will leave class knowing you chose the right instructor! Deborah has conducted several Restorative Workshops for total relaxation and renewal. Recently Deborah studied under Roger Cole, Restorative Yoga Teacher. She is available for private instruction and will teach @ your place of business.
