During my life I have lived in other, larger cities so my expectations of a family practitioner is pretty high. Jimmy Bell is the best one I have ever seen! He really listens, thinks about what he is told and then will take the time to ask more questions.
When he gets to the point where he knows what is going on, he then takes the time to really explain it to you (the patient). This is a rarity - caretakers often can prescribe medicine or more tests without even explaining why to the person sitting in the chair.
I have referred Jimmy Bell to friends and family members alike and would not hesitate to share my opinion with anyone who asks. If you have the chance to get into see him, consider yourself very, very lucky!
The office staff is efficient and it is a comfortable atmosphere.
Just ask anyone at the Phelps County Hospital. People that work with him all seem to have the same opinion and it reflects the one I have just given.
The last few years have been very eventful for me medically and I can honestly say that Jimmy Bell's intelligence, medical skills and quick intervention are a big factor in my still being present on the planet.
I am thankful that he goes above and beyond.
