Amazing bedside manner, our Dog is happy when he goes there and it makes the family happy as well. They are always available to talk to you about what is wrong or how we can keep our dog healthy. Previous vet was not welcoming but here you walk in they are ready for our dog in the room which is clean and they make the dog feel comfortable and not afraid.

The best vet I have ever dealt with in the tri-state area and with my menagerie through the years, that is a long list! Dr. Alvarez is not only knowledgeable, but she has a demeanor that puts humans and pets at ease. She takes a minimalist approach to care, rather than doing extraneous procedures or just throwing meds at problems to see what works. When she does recommend something, I trust her completely. Her rates are more than fair, too. There is not one thing I don't like about this practice. I even brought my Akita in for a welcome tour to get her used to the space and staff in advance of our first appointment, and everyone there went out of their way to give her pets and treats so next time we showed up, she ran through the door, tail wagging to see her new friends. Dr. Alvarez has also helped my elderly (19 year old) cat through two bouts of pancreatitis and helped me to not have an anxiety attack during the whole ordea!. Again, nothing but praise for Dr. Alvarez and her staff. So grateful to have found them.
