The physicians at Interventional Spine and Pain Management appear to be very qualified, and I have never had a medical problem after a procedure. However, I feel it is imperative that they work on improving the very negative and unprofessional reputation of their techs and office staff! One of my worst experiences was during my pre-procedure preparation, the two women in my prep room gossiped and talked bad about some of their co-workers right in front of me. The tech putting in my IV was so distracted while complaining I ended up with a huge bruise that covered my entire hand. This was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention painful. I have never encountered more rude, condescending and inconsiderate support staff at a physician's practice in my life. I have talked to other patients that have been treated there and they say the same thing. And I know for a fact that this has been brought to the attention of at least one of the doctors. They need to fix this. While the physicians are very good, their office staff has caused me to seek medical treatment elsewhere.
