Education I attended MTTI-Wellspring of Kansas City, Missouri. Completing the 750-hour Massage Therapy Program. After passing my certification testing I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri. I hold a Certificate in Solutions For Migraines and TMJ Issues ; A CranioSacral Approach. (A 16-hour course approved by the NCBTMB) I have also completed a 4 day Craniosacral Level 1 workshop. CranioSacral is a soft touch no greater then 5 grams, or the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the Craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. I am a true believer that every body deserves a massage. Massage is joining exercise, nutrition, and rest as a crucial component of living a healthy lifestyle. Good touch is as essential as breathing.
