There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I've only started seeing this doctor but I'll tell you my opinion so far: I've found Dr. Reed to be professional, personable, and capable. The nurse at reception is very friendly and the office is well run. The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and pleasant. The reception area is comfortable but so far I've never had to spend much time there; the doctor is ready to see me soon after I arrive. This is because they don't over-schedule patients. (This is a huge difference from my last GP. It's very nice.) Being able to schedule appointments online is convenient. The office is on some kind of computerized system so everything is done electronically, including ordering prescriptions. You get robo calls for your appointment reminders. It's pretty cool. (But don't worry, if you want to get a live human being on the phone you can call the receptionist.) Theoretically you can also view your chart online but I haven't been able to get that to work yet. I'm a little concerned that word will get out about The Family Doctor and then their office will get super crowded, but I suppose it's wrong to be greedy. The truth is you don't have to drive all the way into town to find a good doctor. We've got a great one right here in Kapolei.
