Dr Thein was so quick to judge about my mental illness without listening to a list of symptoms I'm currently having and not respecting me as a patient at all. But she repeatedly used stonewalling (boundary technique) against me and totally shuts herself down as I was just sharing my information. She is one of the worst health professionals out there. Don't get blinded by her titles as a board member and her long practice as a psychiatrist.

Very practical. So glad I found her. She changed my meds and explained how the dosing needed to be BID on one and another two should not be combined. Explained how drinking inhibited drugs from working effectively.

I find her helpful for med management and supplement it with professional counseling. This works much better for me that former psychiatrist who tried to do both.
Also takes my insurance.
