My back doctor recommended Jackson Clinics for physical therapy. They take time to explain their plan for you and to answer your questions. The first half hour of each session is devoted to 'hands on' therapy by a doctor of physical therapy. The second half are the exercises that the therapist recommends to the trainer. The staff is warm and professional. I had two other rounds of physical therapy at a hospital-based facility and the level of competency at Jackson Clinic excels both of those. I had two therapists while I was there and they were both extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I also had three different trainers and they took great pains to make sure I did each exercise properly. The whole staff is upbeat and positive. The trainer and therapist will adapt exercises to work within your limitations. They are the best! I had great results with them where I had very poor results with the hospital chain. My amount of effort was the same. The big difference was the variety of exercises and the care with which they taught me, AND the 'hands-on' therapy provided by the doctor of physical therapy. If you have a choice, go to The Jackson Clinic of Old Town.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
