I was in really bad shape when I started PT. I had 6 epidural injections in 6 months for sciatica and two herniated disks at L4/5 and L5/S1. I was in extreme pain and fully expecting to have back surgery.
Grace completed an evaluation and found that I had an immobile Si joint that was limiting my range of motion. She started treatment and within a month I felt like a new person. I firmly believe she cured my sciatica and taught me exercise to help strengthen the muscles to support my herniated disks.
