I paid my bill in FULL both times I was there, before I left. Two months later I received a blank bill in the mail without any explanation on it, that I owed them $35.00 When I called to inquire why, the receptionist gave me two differing explanations. She was awful to deal with and smarmy in her tone. I asked her to please have the Dr call me. He never did. I got another blank bill in the mail, called again and was forced to talk to the sarcastic smarm woman again. Same go around, I asked her again to please have the Dr call me. Haven't heard from him. Very poor business practice and an awful CSR.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
The above is correct- but another important point is that he did such a wonderful job there was essentially no pain issues. Not because of pain meds, because his techniques didn't illicit much pain.
