They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. This is the only doctor appointment I look forward to, thankful to have found such a wonderful Chiro staff!!!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
