They always knock before entering my massage room. They understand how important it is to respect my privacy. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was a little worried that they would end my massage early, because I've had that happen at other places, but they didn't at all. They gave me a very long massage, and it was fantastic. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
