Specializing in orthopedic massage, I have been practicing massage for 15 years. Depending on the needs of the client, a typical treatment can include Active Isolated Stretching, reciprocal inhibition stretching, and different techniques to address scar tissue, joint mobilization issues, myofascial restrictions (tight muscle and fascia), and trigger points. Problems addressed include adhesive capsulitis, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, rotator cuff pain, neck stiffness and soreness, as well as many more.

For a more subtle yet profound experience, try a Sonic Harmonic Sound Therapy session that will leave you in a space that is beyond words. Sound therapy with tuning forks and high quality gongs guides a client out of the cognitive mind into a place of peace and healing. The healing vibrations and frequencies pull the client's body into a similar vibration and allows the client's body to find it's own pattern of healing. Results can be immediate or may have a delayed effect and can range anywhere from subtle and relaxing to miraculous.
