My first experience with acupuncture was with Jessica at Tempe Acupuncture Center. I had tried everything to sleep better and relieve stress, but nothing was working. My coworker recommended acupuncture with Jessica, so I decided to give it a try. Not only was the experience painless, but it was very relaxing. I noticed improvements in my sleep and relaxation levels after the first session, and continue to see her regularly for other things that come up.
