Services Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Swedish Massage
One of the most popular and well known massage modalities, Swedish massage helps with relaxation, helps fascilitate the healing process by moving lymph and increased circulation. Typical Swedish techniques include: effluerage, petrisage, friction, and Tapotement.

Therapuetic/Deep Tissue Massage:
Therapuetic and Deep tissue Massages are geared to athletes and thouse that have specific injuries such as lower back pain, Rotator cuff injuries, neck and should pain due to stress, stiff muscles; and those who want a deeper massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage combines swedish massage with the deep penetrating and healing warmth of hot river and basalt stones.

Sacred Lomi
Sacred Lomi is a modality based on ancient Hawaiian principles and a system of hnoring the body. The movements are done through a variaton of breathing and long foraarm glides and strokes mimicking the ocean waves. While you are draped, the draping is minimal so this massage is recomended for those that have had massages in the past. I was taught Sacred Lomi by Tom Cochran.

ETPS/E-Stim
ETPS stands for "Electro Therapeutic Point Stimulation" ETPS uses low frequency, DC current stimulation to chinese meridian and trigger points throughout the body. ETPS has been reported to provide relief from some chronic conditions and can also provide immediate pain relief, decrease muscle hypertonicity and accelerate tissue repair for musculoskeletal disorders. ETPS can treat over 152 different medically recognized dysfunctions in the body.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and the deep tissue massage was excellent. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
