My family sought Rob Young for family counseling for multiple issues. Our daughter first saw Rob Young for anxiety that she suffered from as a child and she opened up to him in a way that she hadn’t with previous counselors. His care and concern for her were evident from how positively she spoke about him. Later my husband and I saw him for marital counseling and he quickly saw to the root of the problem. He pointed out things in each of us that rang true and were insightful realizations about ourselves each other. We were very grateful that he was so easily able to get to the core issues so quickly and accurately. We will exclusively be using his services as the needs arise. Thank you Rob Young.

It was my very first session with Dr Young. I received a call 15 min prior to appointment time, I was driving and only a few moments from the parking lot when I received a call from the receptionist informing me of cancelation. I rescheduled but then had to cancel. I gave 24 hour notice. I have sense found a therapist with availability that fits my schedule.
Two months later I received a bill from Dr young for appointment cancelation. I think its obserd. Like I mentioned earlier he only gave me 15 min notice to cancel my very first session. The next attempt didn't work out but I gave 24 hour notice. I refuse to pay this bill.
Of course I'm not getting a response to the voice mails I've left.
